Our Process Flow

  1. Each site will follow a process beginning with a FREE consultation to assess the client’s needs. The project scope and cost is based on this initial consultation.
  2. Once the project scope is approved, the WebProdigy designer will create a conceptual design for review and approval. A list of design changes may be collected at this time. The revised design(s) will undergo another review.
  3. The conceptual design will be interpreted into code and developed as a functional prototype. The client will review and approve. A list of design and functional changes may be collected at this time. The revised prototype will undergo another review.
  4. The site will undergo rapid development, which includes testing across multiple browsers, platforms, connection speeds, and monitor sizes.
  5. Once testing is complete, the website will have client-only access for the final review and approval. At this point, all required design and functionality will be confirmed. A list of errors will be identified and fixed. Any design or functional changes may require a revision of the project scope.
  6. Upon the final approval, the system is published for public access. 30 days of support is provided after the system is published.
  7. On-going maintenance and marketing are provided upon request.
